TGs Asset Resale and Recycling (ARR) service helps Customers to resell, recycle or return to lease their obsolete or excess hardware in a secure and environmentally conscious manner. Particularly useful for those Customers transitioning to new technology at the end of the IT lifecycle, TG ensures that sensitive data does not fall into the wrong hands by handling recovered equipment responsibly and that Customers receive maximum value for its retired assets.

TGs Local Configuration Services (LCS) is a 2nd touch solution (post-shipping from factory) that integrates hardware, images, applications, peripherals, and collateral with your standard systems to meet exacting Customer needs and specifications, for rapid deployment of large-scale client system refresh transitions. Coupled with our Managed Deployment Service (MDS) in our modular approach, these services are designed to allow you to better align your IT Resources to other time consuming critical tasks.
TGs Warranty Support Programme (WSP) is designed to provide physical storage, inventory management and delivery of technology products set aside to replace reported faulty product in the field, which is still under warranty. The WSP fills a business need for offshore based Customers largely, who market and sell their technology products globally but who do not have local infrastructure in certain regions, for the rapid delivery of replacement product to customers who experience product failure which could not be remedied through remote support.

With the needs and expectations of the mobile workforce continue to grow rapidly, the IT department’s budget and resources are becoming burdened. Our range of Payment mounting solutions consist of a pole mounting option and compatible payment device adapter. Our pole mount ranges include our premium DuraTilt metal solution, the flexible composite Stack with adjustable height and a simple fixed low profile mounting solution.
